ANNMARIE SAIRRINO, FOUNDER & CEO

Annmarie Sairrino is an entertainment executive and producer with over 20 years of experience in film development, production, and international IP. 

Ms. Sairrino has built a reputation for bridging creative development with commercial strategy, particularly in adapting and positioning international IP for English-language and global audiences. Her work spans studio development, independent production, and cross-border consulting, with a focus on helping companies and creators navigate the U.S. entertainment landscape with clarity and intent.

Ms. Sairrino began her career under Golden Globe-winning producer Sandy Climan at Entertainment Media Ventures, where she gained early experience in high-level film development and packaging. In 2012, she joined All Nippon Entertainment Works (ANEW), rising to Senior Vice President of Development and Production. During her tenure, she oversaw a broad slate of film and television projects derived from Japanese properties, collaborating with major Hollywood production companies and creative partners while managing complex international IP considerations.

In 2017, Ms. Sairrino helped establish and led Akatsuki Entertainment USA, the U.S. film division of Tokyo-based game developer Akatsuki, Inc. In partnership with corporate leadership, she built the company’s development slate and produced the feature films Room 203 and Root Letter. 

Through AMMO Entertainment, Ms. Sairrino now works across both production and strategic advisory, partnering with creators, brands, and companies globally. Her consulting work includes IP evaluation, development strategy, cross-border partnerships, and U.S. market positioning for international entertainment companies. 

In 2024, AMMO Entertainment began strategic advisory engagements with Qubic Pictures, a hybrid animation studio bridging Japanese and Hollywood production models, and Cover Corp, the parent company of Hololive Production, one of the world’s leading VTuber entertainment brands.

Ms. Sairrino’s work is defined by long-term thinking, cultural fluency, and an ability to translate creative ambition into sustainable entertainment strategy. She continues to develop and produce original and adapted projects while advising companies navigating growth, expansion, and global opportunity.
